Shipping
We ship from Lismore using Australia Post. Depending on the size and value of the parcel we use either registered post or express post.
Orders will be sent within 48 hours after the payment is received. Please allow between 1 to 4 working days for delivery.
International Shipping
Please note that at this stage we do not have all the postage prices set for international customers. If you would like to order from us and you do not live in Australia, send me a message and I will add the designated country postage in the items listing.
Handmade
Please note that the majority of our products are handmade which means that there will be slight differences in the make from one product to another. These are not faults but simply the unique nature of handmade items. Certain listed products are one-of-a-kind and if you purchase a handmade item we will select it for you from the variety that we have available in store, which means that it may not look exactly identical to the image shown.
Vintage
We have vintage items available for purchase on the online store. They are genuine Vintage items and are sold in an "as is" condition. These items are listed as found and I have clearly photographed and illustrated any descriptive qualities about each product to present exactly what you are buying.
Exchange
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refund or exchange on any purchase. All orders are carefully packed and checked before shipping, but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit please notify us within 48 hours and we will happily arrange a replacement.
